I absolutely loved the cozy ambiance of the hotel's decoration. The polished wood floors, exposed beams, and wrought iron furnishings in the living room created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large entrance hall with plenty of space to leave our shoes after a long day of exploring was also a nice touch. As a senior woman, I found the general areas of the hotel very accessible, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas throughout.

One thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is improved communication from the staff. The children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and sometimes forgot to inform us about important details or events happening in the area.

I always stay at my favorite place in Cirencester. They have everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, TV. The staff once gave me water at night! So thoughtful. I'll be back for Christmas!

The garden is a lovely spot to relax, with buzzing bees and plenty of space. The cottage is also very quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

We particularly enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor seating area, as well as the well-equipped kitchen. the bedrooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
